About the role

Safeguard the quality and reliability of CXS’s cloud-based talent optimization platform. You’ll design risk-based test strategies, author and automate test cases across web, API, and data pipelines, and embed lightweight quality gates into our CI / CD flow. Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Data Science, you’ll analyze requirements, uncover edge cases early, and drive defect prevention over detection, delivering fast, repeatable, and thorough testing that keeps releases stable, performant, and secure.

What you'll be doing

  • Test the integration of real-time connections to partners worldwide.
  • Develop a fully automated regression testing system.
  • Conduct user acceptance tests, functional tests and UI tests, document your results and report your test results for the project and product managers.
  • Identify and fix bugs in the software, prioritize and track issues, and solve them.
  • Work with different teams local and remotely to improve the quality of the system we develop.
  • Review and analyses system specifications.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
  • Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications.
  • Write scripts or code to assist testing (automation).
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams.
  • Help troubleshoot issues.
  • Conduct post-release / post-implementation testing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing with software and hardware.
  • Experience in structured test design and test execution as well as in the execution of common test methods, especially regression testing.
  • High quality awareness, interest in automation of test procedures and problem solving, and meticulous troubleshooting.
  • Experience in agile framework and dev cycle.
  • Experience in software testing and tools.
  • Proficient in basic MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with GUI test automation is an advantage.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • BSc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
