We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for driving the full-cycle talent acquisition process from sourcing and engaging top talent to managing interviews, offers, and onboarding. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building :
- Source candidates using diverse methods, including job portals, professional networks, referrals, social media, and direct headhunting.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Candidate Screening & Selection :
Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct phone / virtual pre-screenings.Coordinate and participate in interviews alongside hiring managers.Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.3. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding :
Take ownership of the candidate journey by ensuring clear communication and a professional, engaging experience.Develop and post job advertisements and job descriptions that reflect both role requirements and company culture.4. Offer & Onboarding Management :
Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating employment terms, and handling pre-employment checks (including references).Support new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.5. Compliance & Best Practices :
Ensure all recruitment and selection activities comply with employment laws and internal policies.Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment innovations, and best practices to continuously improve processes.Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 2 years of proven experience in recruitment / talent acquisition (in-house or agency).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Confident in making independent decisions and managing end-to-end processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Solid knowledge of interview techniques, candidate assessment, and sourcing strategies.Good understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.Working Location : Menara Zurich, JB town Working Hours : 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m., Mon to Fri
