Senior Executive, Inventory Control

Job Description

• Manages inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures, eg, record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
• Document deliveries and shipments to update inventory. Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers.
• Schedule stocktake on monthly basis for online warehouse & all the retail outlet & counter at departmental store; Warehouse (offline) shall be scheduled half yearly basis. Ensuring employees to participate in the stocktake & relevant PIC is available to supervise the physical inventory and the follow up of variances.
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
• Collaborate with warehouse employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
