1. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

Working Location : Kawasan Perindustrian Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Klang

Duties & Responsibilities

Handling of customer booking / shipment / enquiry.

Provide booking confirmation to shipper / cnee.

Arranging and monitoring container movement.

Preparing SI and confirming BL.

Update port system and plan haulier before closing.

Sending pre-alert / email to shipper / customer and to follow up with destination agent.

Submit job file for billing to Account Dept.

Close job file after job complete and filling the job file.

Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior.

Requirement

Possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.

Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia.

Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, dedicated, and responsible.

Must be able to meet deadline and willing to work under pressure.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
