SW Food Group is seeking a passionate and strategic Corporate Partnership & Event Manager to lead our efforts in building impactful partnerships, executing brand events, and managing corporate communication initiatives. This role is important in enhancing our public image, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and aligning all internal and external communications with our company values and brand identity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Corporate Partnerships & Events
- Plan, manage, and execute all corporate partnership events and brand collaborations
- Lead marketing event planning and coordination with both internal teams and external vendors / partners
- Identify and secure strategic partnership opportunities to elevate brand presence and market reach
- Manage SW Food Group’s participation in industry events, conferences, trade shows, and award programs
- Public Relations & Media
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Manage media inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Develop and execute PR campaigns to generate positive media coverage
- Collaborate with PR agencies (if applicable) to maximize communication reach
- Monitor media coverage, industry news, and trends to identify opportunities and manage reputational risks
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints
- Oversee the development of brand assets including brochures, presentations, corporate profiles, and press kits
- Develop and maintain crisis communication plans
- Act as a spokesperson during crises, providing clear and accurate information to the media and stakeholders
- Stakeholder Engagement & CSR
- Develop and implement stakeholder communication plans to engage customers, investors, partners, and community leaders
- Coordinate CSR initiatives, sponsorships, and community partnerships to reinforce the company’s commitment to social responsibility
- Plan and oversee internal communication campaigns to keep employees aligned with company goals and achievements
- Promote awareness of company values, initiatives, and milestones across all departments
- Identify and pursue corporate sales opportunities
- Develop proposals and presentations to meet the needs of corporate clients
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings to generate new leads and partnerships
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related fieldMinimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing settingCrisis communication experience is a plusPeople-oriented and results-drivenAbility to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesKnowledge of corporate social responsibility practicesExperience in stakeholder engagement and community relationsAbout the company : SW Food Group is a leading rice miller and wholesaler in Malaysia, operating under the flagship brand JATI.
