We are a foreign-invested company specializing in leather seat manufacturing for the automotive sector, and we're looking for a passionate Human Resources Executive to support our growing team. Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have HR experience, this role offers hands-on exposure and strong development opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Maintain employee records and support HR documentation Assist with payroll and benefits coordination Help plan and organize training and employee development programs Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team What We’re Looking For

Degree in any field is welcome Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Proficiency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is advantageous Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Experience in a factory or manufacturing setting is a plus What We Offer
