Responsibilities

  • As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in SAP FICO Configuration is required. Expert proficiency in Configuration is recommended.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
  • Mentor junior team members to develop their skills and enhance team capabilities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application development processes.
  • Design, configure and test FI / CO modules.
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting : investigate, analyse, and resolve issues.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements
  • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

Qualifications

  • Expert proficiency in SAP FICO Configuration.
  • Expert proficiency in Configuration & Release Management.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
  • Bonus points

  • Advanced knowledge of Business Process Analysis.
  • Intermediate experience in Change Management.
  • Expert proficiency in System Integration.
  • Master proficiency in User Acceptance Testing.
  • Intermediate skills in Project Coordination.
