Provide IT technical support to end users Maintain and provide on-going support for the information system hardware, operation system, server backup, CCTV, antivirus, email, firewall, networking and database to ensure systems are operating efficiently. Responsible for all documentations related to software and hardware, upgrade plan and proposal. Document all processes in reference manuals for the purpose of guidance and training. Job Requirement
Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Provide good customer services with initiative working attitude. Must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment With pro-active attitude, hardworking, Integrity and have related experience will be an added advantage.
