Senior Customer Service – SME (Mandarin / Cantonese)

Join the Senior Customer Service – SME (Mandarin / Cantonese) role at Agensi Pekerjaan JobScoper Sdn. Bhd.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding, refresher & skills training.
Act as SME for processes, SOPs & escalations.
Coach agents and monitor training effectiveness.
Update knowledgebase and training content.
Support multiple lines of business as needed.

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree or higher.

English (B2 CEFR or above) + Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese.

Min. 1 year Trainer / SME experience in BPO / Contact Centre (Senior : 3+ years preferred).

Strong facilitation, content development & coaching skills.

Experience in e-commerce / marketplace accounts is a plus.

Able to work on-site in Johor, Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri.
