Overview

Admin Assistant- Live Host Admin Management (WFH)

Responsibilities

  • Live Host Management : Schedule, leave arrangement, performance report and commission report.
  • Recruit, training, product knowledge development to live host.
  • Compound KPI of live host included sales, attendance, performance of live host.
  • Manage commission tracking for in-house & outsourced live hosts.
  • Calculate and report commissions from e-commerce & live streaming data.
  • Prepare monthly & half-monthly performance reports (GMV, hours streamed).
  • Compile live hours and list allowance-eligible hosts.
  • Track part-time host replacements.
  • Monitor WhatsApp groups for issue resolution (schedule, technology, commissions, etc.).
  • Product key-in to facilitate post production teams before the live host begins the live session.
  • Performance Optimization : Present performance updates to management & HR (monthly basis).
  • Schedule monthly performance meetings.
  • Attendance : Track attendance daily (attendance, lateness, absences) and generate attendance reports for payroll and punctuality tracking.
