We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Marketing Executive / Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This position will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing and paid advertising.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPR, and conversion rates, and provide regular reports to management.
- Have strong knowledge in digital marketing and is able to plan and execute digital marketing campaign for new and existing properties.
- To prepare and monitor advertising & promotion budget.
- Assist to plan, prepare and execute all marketing collaterals, project videos, scale models, online marketing and social media materials. Able to suggest off line marketing tools.
- Have strong property market sense and is able to propose the right product mix for various location with minimal guide from senior manager.
- To conduct competitor analysis, market survey, feedback on market needs and latest trend in market.
- Coordinate with relevant parties on preparations for sales launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, road shows.
- Assist and coordinate with sales team and attend sales inquiries (where necessary).
- Create a marketing monthly calendar, and make sure the ad campaign is run on time.
- Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.
Requirement
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably within the property industry.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, basic knowledge of content planning and copywriting for social media platforms, including Meta, RED 小红书 and TikTok, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software, and content management systems.Experience with graphic design or video editing software is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends (during sales events, where necessary.Fluency in Mandarin is preferred for interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.
