Job Responsibilities
1) Responsible to oversee for the day-to-day Chill DC & logistics operations including receiving of goods, decanting, order putting, updating system records, coordinate with transporter on deliveries and etc
2) Manage Inbound & Outbound Document, Damage and Return Report.
3) Responsible for access, Input, compile and verify data from SAP system.
4) Assist all service requests such as vendor issue, store issue and transporters issue.
5) Work closely with supply chain department regarding of order, collection or delivery request and ensure a smooth operation flow
6) Prepare all operations document and report in daily and weekly
7) Generates reports such as Delivery Manifest (DM) & Customer Delivery Order (CDO).
8) Assist finance and inventory management for any issue during operations by generating report.
9) Assist Quality Assurance team to check the quality of incoming products.
10) Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the Company.
11) Assist in Monitoring Outbound Process.
12) Other related warehousing duties as assigned by Chilled DC management (level Supervisor and above)
Job Requirements
1) SPM / Diploma in Logistic / Warehouse / Business Management with minimum 3 years relevant experience
2) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3) Process driven and good coordination and follow up skills
4) Good interpersonal skills, build strong relationships, and relates well with others to drive results. Demonstrate and encourage collaboration and teamwork
5) Show the ability to listen and seek understanding others point of view. Ability to present to the team and superior
6) Independent and self starter
7) Understanding, have experience with ERP / SAP / Versafleet and warehouse management

Pay : RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
