KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote Our Menu and Specials - Assist in creating content that showcases our delicious menu items, weekly specials, and seasonal offerings across social media.
Support Social Media Engagement - Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts by crafting engaging posts, stories, and updates that resonate with our audience.
Customer Interaction - Engage with our followers, respond to inquiries, and help build a loyal online community that's excited about Zai Sri Gemilang Restaurant.
Content and Visuals - Collaborate with photographers and designers to capture the best of our dishes and dining experience.
Monitor and Report - Track social media and campaign performance to assist in refining our approach for greater impact.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with at least 2 years experience

Skills - Basic understanding of social media platforms, with a creative eye for visual content.

Passion - Excited about food, digital marketing, and building meaningful connections with our community.
