Responsibilities

• Lead daily global IT infrastructure operations, supporting the global team
• Maintain and operate global IT infrastructure (e.g., Cisco Meraki, HPE Aruba, VMware NSX)
• Assist global infrastructure / operations teams (e.g., DK, US, PIT) and participate in internal projects & maintenance windows
• Handle infrastructure alarms, calls from internal users / external suppliers; act per procedures, report hardware failures to vendors and follow up
• Manage global IT service management (e.g., Incident, Change Control, IT asset, Knowledge) and incident management (e.g., ServiceNow, Opsgenie)
• Solve and guide team on tasks related to server infrastructure (VMware, MS Windows, Linux), cloud infrastructure (MS Azure), monitoring tools (SolarWinds Orion) and server patch management (ManageEngine)
• Prepare reports (capacity, security, backup, etc.), update documentation / procedures; take technical ownership of 1-2 technologies as primary responsible
