Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess a valid Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certificate / permit. Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U or any Professional Certificate. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in boiler operation. Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role is preferred. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English. Able to work on shift / long hours basis. Highly motivated, a self-starter and eager to succeed. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Able to work independently with less supervision and work as a team. Applicants must be proactive, hardworking and able to work under deadlines. Key Responsibilities :
- To maintain and operate boiler systems in an efficient and safe manner.
- To perform troubleshooting of boiler breakdowns.
- To manage DOSH inspection and service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of boiler operations.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior boiler operators or technicians.
- Assist in planning maintenance schedules and safety drills.
- Report any operational issues to the maintenance manager.
