Key Responsibilities :
- To maintain and operate boiler systems in an efficient and safe manner.
- To perform troubleshooting of boiler breakdowns.
- To manage DOSH inspection and service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal standards.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of boiler operations.
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior boiler operators or technicians.
- Assist in planning maintenance schedules and safety drills.
- Report any operational issues to the maintenance manager.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess a valid Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certificate / permit.Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U or any Professional Certificate.Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in boiler operation.Prior experience in a supervisory or lead role is preferred.Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.Able to work on shift / long hours basis.Highly motivated, a self-starter and eager to succeed.Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.Able to work independently with less supervision and work as a team.Applicants must be proactive, hardworking and able to work under deadlines.Physically fit and able to work in a plant environment.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
