As a member of our paid media team, you will help implement key growth strategies and gain exposure to our business decisions, building in-depth expertise in the Hong Kong finance sector. Responsibilities

Managing the daily execution and optimization of paid media campaigns Generating performance reports and extracting actionable insights from data Collaborating with other marketing team members on a daily basis Assisting the manager in driving and executing key paid media initiatives Handling budget planning and creating performance forecasts for paid media Qualifications

At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and executing Google Ads and Meta + Other social platforms Ads with a focus on conversion-driven campaigns Proficient in Google Analytics with a strong technical understanding of tracking logic Data-driven, strategic and analytical approach, able to identify problems and provide actionable insights from complex performance data Experience in effectively managing and controlling large-scale advertising budgets Strong problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment Nice To Have

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in Looker Studio Familiarity with SQL and Google BigQuery Prior experience in financial services, FinTech, or online comparison platform industries EEO Statement
