Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Content Reviewer to join our Trust and Safety team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for handling developer escalations and appeals related to app enforcement actions. You’ll help ensure platform policies are upheld while supporting developers with clear, empathetic communication.
Qualifications
Job Requirements :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for ensuring fair treatment and compliance.
- Experience in Trust and Safety, content moderation, or related fields is a plus.
