Job Position Title : Customer Support Representative- Chat / Email (Asia Pacific Region)

Skills : Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Client Management and Customer Complaint Management

Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Representative- Chat / Email (Asia Pacific Region) in Malaysia to handle client inquiries via Zendesk, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and customer support experience are essential. Mandarin skills and immediate availability are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely, empathetic, and effective manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Client's products, services, and region‑specific nuances.
  • Communicate with customers primarily via Zendesk tickets to troubleshoot issues and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Appropriately triage and elevate tickets to the correct regional teams when inquiries fall outside the hub's scope.
  • Stay agile and responsive to changing priorities, quickly shifting focus when immediate or high‑priority issues arise.
  • Can start ASAP is a plus.
  • Should be able to work onsite.
