Full Stack .Net Developer - 1 years contract - Max RM10000 Salary
The Senior Programmer (Full Stack .NET) will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the Hospital Management System (HMS) and related applications and its integrated modules. The role involves end-to-end software development using Microsoft .NET technologies, ensuring system reliability, security, interoperability (e.g., FHIR / HL7 compliance), and scalability to support hospital operations. The candidate should have solid experience in both front-end and back-end development, database management, API integration, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop / enhance, and maintain HMS modules using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+.
- Develop RESTful APIs for integration with third-party systems (LIS, PACS, Insurance, etc.)
- Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end using Angular / React.
- Manage database design and performance tuning in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and security compliance.
- Design architecture following MVC / MVVM and microservices principles.
- Participate in system design discussions, database modeling, and code reviews.
- Contribute to DevOps pipelines (build, test, deploy) for CI / CD.
- Integrate with healthcare systems and devices (FHIR, HL7).
- Mentor junior programmers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing HMS modules.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards (HIPAA, PDPA, ISO 27001).
Technical Skills
