Business Development : Establish a network connection with local partners, to offer promotions to Taobao customers;
Campaign management : Manage daily and mega sale marketing activities, able to the communicate and manage from internal and external parties to ensure smooth launch.
User experience : Discover opportunities through user insights, and work closely with team members to improve consumer experience through product solutions;
Through the analysis of consumers' attributes and consumption, formulate and implement medium and long-term marketing strategy & activities
Qualifications :
More than 4 years of experience in e-commerce or marketing, bonus for those with have experience in the field of fintech, media, telco, business development and digital marketing;
Sensitive to the trends of Malaysian users, able to innovate based on consumer insights and put consumer service and experience first.
High business acumen, with strong data analytics and project management skills.
Familiar with e-commerce or retail business and discount promotion
Possess case-proven experience in effective consumer marketing activities, the ability to independently plan a series of activities, data analysis ability, and be able to draw consumer insight from massive data.
Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams and work in fast-paced working environments;
Fluent in Mandarin is a bonus.
Based in KL, but frequent travel is needed when situation and conditions are allowed.
