Responsibilities
- Support business operations on their areas by improving or performing systems configurations or by developing new features of Java applications.
- Ensure the performance, quality and responsiveness of applications by monitoring, analyzing and reporting root causes of system / production disruptions and including recommendations to prevent recurrence of glitches, defects & bugs.
- Help to maintain / improve code quality as well as automation, especially in testing.
- Analyze current technology trends within their IT lines and look for opportunities to design new technology solutions that would maximize the company\'s productivity and improve business operations.
- Enrich procedures and documentation of deliverables. Keep documentation and processes around production support as well as development cycle up to date and at best possible efficiency.
