We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing client relationships within the Telecom industry.

• Sales Expertise : Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a deep understanding of sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
• Networking & Adaptability : Ability to network and adapt to different markets and cultures across Malaysian region.
• Communication & Negotiations Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to creatively and effectively engage with clients, present products, and proven ability to negotiate deals.
• Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Sales Tools : Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions, addressing any challenges that arise during the sales process.
• Presentation Skills : Competence in conducting product and solution presentations to potential clients based on their specific needs.
• Team Collaboration : Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the Telecom, Banking, and Finance sectors, including market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Travel Readiness : Willingness to travel as required.
