Oversee the CEO's day-to-day activities, including administrative, personal, and office-related tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are completed promptly and with precision.
Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Attend confidential meetings, accurately record minutes, and ensure effective documentation and distribution of meeting outcomes.
Prepare high-quality reports, executive communications, corporate presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal departments, board members, stakeholders, and external parties.
Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, leadership meetings, and business functions involving the CEO.
Conduct research and compile relevant information or data to support decision-making, business reporting, or presentation preparation.
Support CEO and corporate branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's image and communication strategy.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
Liaise professionally with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Perform any ad hoc tasks or duties assigned by management.
Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva or similar presentation tools is a plus.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
Proactive, discreet, and dependable, with the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities.
Willing to travel as required by the CEO's schedule and business needs.
