  • Oversee the CEO's day-to-day activities, including administrative, personal, and office-related tasks, ensuring all responsibilities are completed promptly and with precision.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Attend confidential meetings, accurately record minutes, and ensure effective documentation and distribution of meeting outcomes.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, executive communications, corporate presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal departments, board members, stakeholders, and external parties.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events, leadership meetings, and business functions involving the CEO.
  • Conduct research and compile relevant information or data to support decision-making, business reporting, or presentation preparation.
  • Support CEO and corporate branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's image and communication strategy.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Liaise professionally with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks or duties assigned by management.
  • Requirements :

    • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Canva or similar presentation tools is a plus.
    • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.
    • Proactive, discreet, and dependable, with the ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities.
    • Willing to travel as required by the CEO's schedule and business needs.
