Penerangan pekerjaan
  • To prepare service charges and sinking fund invoices;
  • To collect payment from the owners / residents and issue payment receipts
  • To collect deposits from owners / residents and refund to them when the renovation completed.;
  • To prepare payment vouchers for service providers, contractors and etc;
  • To attend owners / residents complaints with regards to the payment, statement of account and to answer all inquiry professionally and tactfully;
  • To chase for overdue payment from owners / residents and do the debt recovery process;
  • To assist in preparing Debtor Aging, Bank Reconciliation.
  • Able to handle basic accounting matters.
  • Requirements : -

    • Degree / Diploma in Accounting / Business Admin or any related discipline;
    • More than a year working experience in Accounting;
    • Must able to do partially accounts for AP & AR
    • Fluent in English and Malay.
    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

      Pay : RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
