LOCATION : BANGUANAN AMBANK BERHAD, JALAN RAJA CHULAN
Duties :
- Collaborating with business unit to understand needs and translate them into technical specification.
- Software development – writing, testing, maintaining code for system using programming language to develop business user Balanced Scorecard / KPI template, report, dashboard etc.
- System integration – ensuring different system and application work together seamlessly.
- Developing AI to connect platform.
- Software / application maintain and support – fixing bugs, updating features, ensuring performance and security.
- Providing technical support to business user and stakeholder.
- Managing timelines, resources and deliverables.
- Conducting UAT and ensure the software / application meets functional specification.
- Documentation – update user manual, technical documentation and system specification.
