Technician

To provide on-site installation, routine maintenance and breakdown services.

To ensure customer service appointments are attended to promptly.

To ensure customers are duly notified of assigned appointment.

To submit / bank-in daily cash and cheque that have been collected.

To ensure compliance of service standard at all times.

To maintain standard stock accordingly.

To ensure service equipment, tools & devices are taken care well.

To take good care of company image.

To assist CRAs in handling customer enquiries and complaints.

Responsible for personal & Team performance.

To execute any other job functions as assigned by superior.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.

School leaver is encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of plumbing or mechanical related field will be an added advantage.

Must have valid car license .
