We are currently recruiting Sales Team Leaders for our Asia Pacific markets division. The role will involve leading a sales team to engage with industry professionals to participate in our wide range of technical and management courses for the energy sector.

This position also offers great career advancement opportunities for experienced sales and business development specialists from the conference or corporate training sector. If you have strong experience in selling business to business training solutions in other industries, you are also encouraged to apply.

Job role :

• Generate, establish, and manage key clients or accounts for the business
• Set and monitor sales targets and metrics for individual sales reps and the team overall
• Train and coach, the sales team to maximize their revenue potential
• Develop compelling sales methods and approaches to promote our courses
• Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve results
• Oversee lead generation and qualifying processes to build sales pipelines
• Monitor the marketplace to stay updated on best practices and industry trends
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system
• Recruit and hire top sales talent as needed
