Penerangan pekerjaanResponsibilities will range from business consulting / analysis to project management activities in Salesforce implementation projects. Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an end-to-end basis in Salesforce implementation projects Business requirements : gather, analyze, improve, prioritize to implement Salesforce AgentForce Project management : plan, track, ensure key metrics are in line with project deadlines Problem solving : identify, mitigate, resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery Certification or relevant working experience in AgentForce Minimum 4 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting Strong functional and technical understanding, experience in Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components) required
