What you'll be doing?

Financial Record Management – Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records while preparing detailed monthly and quarterly reports that support business operations and strategic planning.

Accounts Management – Handle accounts payable and receivable processes along with general ledger management to ensure smooth financial operations and cash flow optimization.

International Reporting – Prepare specialized financial reports in Mandarin for China headquarters, facilitating seamless communication and compliance with international reporting requirements.

Budget & Compliance Oversight – Monitor budgets and cash flow while ensuring full compliance with Malaysian tax regulations and maintaining adherence to financial governance standards.

Strategic Financial Support – Support management with comprehensive financial analysis and data‑driven insights that enable informed decision‑making and business growth strategies.

Who are they looking for?

Professional Experience – A minimum of 3‑5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles, demonstrating your expertise in financial management and operations.

Language Proficiency – Proficiency in reading and writing Mandarin is essential for preparing HQ reports and communicating effectively with international stakeholders, while English proficiency ensures effective local communication.

Technical Knowledge – Strong understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Software Expertise – Proficiency in accounting software such as SQL, SAP, or QuickBooks to effectively manage financial data and reporting processes.

Independence & Efficiency – Proven ability to work independently and consistently meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Professional Development – Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or MIA is preferred and demonstrates your commitment to excellence in the finance field.
