Penerangan pekerjaanComplete the MOH, labor, test, SG&A, & NRE costing per quote guidelines. Create and resolve OILs as needed with material / logistic / customers / PM or operations. Coordinate the Final Quote Costing and highlight key points on the budgetary quote P&L. Facilitate Quote-to-win Projects & Continuous Improvement by fine-tuning activity base model for HLA and mechatronics. Initiate process improvements and monitor the quote process to maintain the product time standard. Review production space, capacity and line balancing baseline. Participates in NPI and develop / analyze data for RFQ. Oversee and provide mentoring and guidance to lower level technical staff. Assist in driving standardization and continuous improvement to tools / processes for assigned area. Prepare the budgetary quote considering the key drivers (release size, EAU, special requirements, payment terms, invoice terms, freight-in, unique part numbers, manual vs machine content, market sector, type of processes, warranty etc.).
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Able to be part of a cross-functional team in problem solving and resolution of operations issues effectively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
