Activation & Planning is the frontline of the Company, where they require to face with the Company’s clients. They strive to look for new business opportunities to boost Company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Main point of contact between client and agency requiring managing client relationship effectively with exceptional people skills.
- Work closely with client and internal resource on solutions that address their requirement especially on pitch ideas, concepts, and campaign plans to the client.
- Nurturing accounts and strategizing ways to build new opportunities to maximize and grow account potential.
- Communicate and converse at various levels of personnel within the client’s organization.
Requirements
Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years’ account management experience in Marketing Field (e.g., ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Retail / Shopper activation roles).Independent & confident in meeting clients.Confident pitching techniques and experience taking sole responsibility for projects.Adaptable to new environments and work processes.Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong verbal and written communication skill.Good at prioritizing & multi-tasking.Results‑oriented and able to work under pressure.Self‑motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently and possesses a positive mental attitude.Taking ownership of accounts and providing effective solutions to situations.Additional Information
