Job Description
- Provide installation, setup, and technical configuration service of company products to internal and external customers.
- Manage all technical issues of company products through professional customer service.
- Carry out on-site installation and preventive maintenance briefing.
- Repair faulty products through proper diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve product issues.
- Communicate with the team, suppliers and customers through email, phone calls, messages, and WhatsApp.
- Record daily activities and submit them to the Head Of Department before the deadline.
- Doing product briefings to the relevant team members and advising the team on product accessories needed.
- Produce service and complaint reports.
- Assist in product technical documentation.
