- Establish and govern group-wide talent frameworks, standards, and policies to drive consistency across functions, geographies, and business lines.
- Enhance existing practices with integrated models, assessments, and digital solutions that enable objective, data-led decisions.
- Drive simplification and automation of talent processes, ensuring transparency, speed, and efficiency.
- Leverage digital tools to improve visibility and standardization of practices globally.
- Lead talent analytics, benchmarking, and reporting to generate actionable insights on pipeline strength, succession health, and diversity.
- Ensure effective governance and compliance, preparing executive-level papers and Board updates that highlight strengths, risks, and interventions.
- Champion new initiatives, including talent mobility and succession-linked leadership development programs.
- Bring external perspectives and best practices to continuously evolve and strengthen succession and talent practices.

Proven track record in building and executing enterprise talent strategies, covering succession planning, leadership development, and mobility.Strong analytical orientation with demonstrated ability to translate data into meaningful insights and executive-level recommendations.Excellent written communication skills with experience preparing concise Board papers and senior management reports.Strong influencing and interpersonal skills to partner effectively across diverse functions, cultures, and geographies.Change leadership experience, with the ability to embed new approaches, challenge legacy practices, and drive adoption of innovative solutions.Qualifications & Requirements
