About the role
As the Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor at Vital Healthcare Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the company's warehousing and distribution operations in Kapar, Selangor. This full-time role is an integral part of the organisation's operations, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of products and materials to support the wider business objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
- Overseeing the organization and tracking of all goods, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Supervision of Warehouse Operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Designing and implementing efficient layouts to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.
- Fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration among the staff.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and labor productivity, and implement improvements as needed.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with shipments, inventory, or orders.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Responsible for managing finished goods and raw materials warehouses, as well as warehouse system operations
