Your Role

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively engage with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, anticipating their needs, ensuring deadlines are met, and negotiating favourable terms.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including bidding for tenders and RFPs.
  • Analyse client requirements, prepare competitive quotes, and drive business growth.
  • Review and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency while ensuring compliance with ISO and OHSAS standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end shipment processes and resolve operational challenges.
  • Evaluate project schedules, monitor quality standards, and assess the performance of suppliers.
  • Estimate and project financial developments to support business decision-making.
  • Maintain and update EP&P documentation in SharePoint and prepare detailed monthly project reports for management.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support and promote BWS / EP&P business activities.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to details.
  • Proficient in negotiation, presentation, and active listening to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working on-site at client premises.
