Responsibilities

Reimagine and design creative total rewards packages tailored to highly sought-after digital talent, ensuring competitiveness even against leading tech companies.
Lead market benchmarking and deep data analysis to identify gaps in current practices and craft attractive solutions that appeal to top candidates.
Develop, implement, and manage total rewards strategies across Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, ensuring alignment with global HR objectives and local market realities.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to design compelling offers and retention strategies.
Manage job evaluation, grading, and structuring to support the growth of digital roles in emerging regions.
Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits / total rewards , preferably within Tech & Digital industries .

Strong data analysis and presentation skills – able to translate numbers into stories and strategies.

Regional exposure across Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia (experience with developing markets is a plus).

A creative mindset – not just benchmarking, but thinking out of the box to craft packages that stand out in the market.

Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with business leaders.
