Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Graphic Designer , based in Mentari Business Park , with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and visually compelling graphics that support the company’s branding and marketing objectives. Daily tasks include designing content for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, and brand materials. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to translate ideas into designs that align with our clients’ brand identity and campaign goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of After Effects is a plus)
• Strong foundation in design principles (typography, layout, color theory, composition)
• Ability to create designs tailored for social media, digital, and print formats
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
