Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leadsActively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at PBC / branch / region on sales activities / campaigns for customer acquisition and retentionPrepare and provide investment & wealth financial advisory and assistance to customers for their investment / wealth portfolio managementPeriodic review of customers’ investment portfolio and increase AUMPlan and identify cross selling / up selling to increase customers’ PHR and revenueSet appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customersMaintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referralsWork closely with Centre Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaignsPrepare and monitor sales performance and competitors analysis to ManagementCompliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethicsJob Requirements :
- Degree holder
- Certified Financial Planner certification (CFP) with FIMM, PCE, CEILI and IPPC license.
- Minimum 2 years of sale experience preferably in wealth and banca products with FIs
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess relevant licenses required for the portfolio
- Sales and results oriented
- Good interpersonal and relationship building skill
