Job Responsibilities

  • Assisting in planning, scheduling and tracking of deliveries.
  • Ensuring efficient and effective flow of information within the team.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Provide operational support and handle all administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with customers from order processing to delivery arrangement.
  • Monitor daily driver deliveries and solve logistic issues as and when required.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior & the Management.

Qualifications

  • Hardworking, disciplined, honest, reliable & able to complete tasks within the timeline given.
  • Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.
