Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in planning, scheduling and tracking of deliveries.
- Ensuring efficient and effective flow of information within the team.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Provide operational support and handle all administrative tasks.
- Communicate with customers from order processing to delivery arrangement.
- Monitor daily driver deliveries and solve logistic issues as and when required.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the superior & the Management.
Qualifications
