Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our dynamic team at SHF Services (M) Sdn Bhd' in Kajang, Selangor. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by expertly crafting high-quality coffee and beverages. This is a full-time position, offering you the opportunity to showcase your talent and grow within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment
  • Continuously developing your barista skills and knowledge of coffee and beverage trends

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of coffee and espresso-based drinks, and the ability to prepare them with precision and consistency
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for the coffee industry and a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills
