Responsible to provide comprehensive support, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role required a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to details.
- Manage superior's calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate on the meeting arrangement and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations for superior.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal / external communications, including screening calls and emails, if necessary.
- Assist in personal tasks, such as running errands and managing personal appointments.
- Travel & accommodation arrangements for superior and preparing itineraries.
- Liaise with other Head of Departments / Stakeholders / visitors on behalf of superior.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings and conferences as and when necessary.
- Any ad-hoc assignment / project from the Supervisor as and when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalents experienceProven experience as a Personal Assistant or in similar administrative role.Strong minutes writing skills.Flexible, adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.Ability to maintain highly confidentiality and exercise discretion.Willing to travel and work in Shah Alam and / or Pulau Indah as per work schedule
