We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with experience in closing deals with online merchants using platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and other eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a strong ambition to grow into a sales leadership role.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and close sales opportunities with online merchants from platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small and large online businesses to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and seamless payment integration for merchants.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and deal closures.
  • Leverage your established network to source potential clients and grow the customer base.
  • Regularly report sales performance and forecasts to senior management.

Key Skills & Requirements :

  • Experience : 2-5 years of sales experience, with a focus on closing deals with online businesses on platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Wix.
  • Track Record : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong record of closing deals with eCommerce merchants.
  • Negotiation & Relationship Building : Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop lasting relationships with merchants.
  • Target-Driven : Results-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Network : Comes with an established network of online businesses and contacts within the eCommerce space.
  • Numbers-Driven : Comfortable with sales metrics, KPIs, and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Independent & Team Player : Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ambition : Strong desire to grow into a leadership role or experience leading a sales team.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Industry Experience : Previous experience in payments, fintech, or a startup environment.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with digital sales tools, CRM software, and basic technical knowledge of payment gateways and integrations.
  • Team Collaboration : Ability to work with product, technical, and customer success teams to ensure merchant satisfaction.
