Social Media Marketing Specialist

Role Overview : Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the organization's influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for our social app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, vet, and recruit relevant influencers across various social media platforms who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Create detailed campaign briefs and coordinate content production with influencers.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers or their representatives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.).
  • Manage influencer relationships and maintain a database of potential and current partners.
  • Stay updated on emerging influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure consistent messaging across influencer campaigns.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or related digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful influencer campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective influencer ecosystems.
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative campaign ideas.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of social media trends, especially those relevant to our target demographic.
  • Experience with content creation is a plus.

    • Benefits & Details

    Working Hour : Monday - Friday (10AM - 7PM)

    Salary Range : RM 4,000 – RM 6,000
