Overview
Claims Submission is responsible for preparing, verifying, and submitting various claims (e.g., insurance, employee reimbursements, vendor-related, etc.) accurately and on time. This role supports the finance team in maintaining proper documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and following up on submitted claims.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and process claims for submission to Nestle.
- Ensure accuracy of claim documents, supporting invoices, supporting documents, and relevant approvals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify claim-related information.
- Maintain and update records of all submitted and processed claims.
- Track claim statuses and follow up with Nestle for pending or delayed claims.
- Communicate with third party supplier when any tasks needed.
- Ensure submission is timely to meet deadlines.
- Investigate and resolve rejected or short-paid claims by identifying root causes and resubmitting if required.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
