AP Analyst (US)
ACCA Careers is looking for an AP Analyst (US) to manage accounts payable functions ensuring accuracy and compliance within the retail industry. The role will support the accounting and finance department in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes for the accounting and finance department.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment-related queries.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency in accounts payable operations.
- Generate reports and provide insights on accounts payable performance to management.
