Junior Media Sales Executive (Entry-Level) Fresh Graduate Opportunity with Mentorship Program

Job Overview :

Kickstart your career in media sales This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates through a 3-month structured mentorship program. You will learn to prospect clients, secure advertising bookings, manage client relationships, and drive revenue.

Commissions will be activated only after successful completion of the mentorship program and achievement of KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities :

A. Revenue Generation

  • Identify and prospect potential advertisers with a focus on maximizing company revenue.
  • Secure advertising bookings through strong relationship building with advertising agencies and Out-of-Home (OOH) media partners.
  • Achieve a minimum quarterly sales target to be provided at the end of the mentoring session.

B. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with advertisers and agencies.
  • Ensure successful renewal and retention of existing advertisers.
  • Conduct regular client meetings each month, tracked via HubSpot CRM. While a specific target is not set during the mentorship period, consistent client engagement is expected, and measurable targets may be introduced at a later stage.
  • C. Lead Management

  • Follow up closely on all assigned leads.
  • Keep sales pipeline updated in the CRM with 100% accuracy.
  • Achieve a 25% conversion rate of leads to clients.
  • D. Payment / Revenue Collection

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from advertisers.
  • Collect payments within the agreed credit terms.
  • Work closely with the finance team for monthly monitoring of collections.
  • Mentorship & Performance Criteria :

  • You will be assigned a mentor for the first 3 months (Q1).
  • Commission eligibility begins only upon successful completion of mentorship and meeting the quarterly KPIs.
  • Evaluation will include client listings, CRM data accuracy (via HubSpot), and sales target performance.
  • Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field (internship or project experience in sales / marketing is an advantage).
  • Strong interest in media, advertising, and client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Performance-driven with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides). Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an added advantage.
