Overview

We’re looking for dynamic individuals for our Finance & Accounting Trainee Program , offering rotations in :

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Cash Management
  • General Accounting / General Ledger

Role Overview

Handle key accounting functions with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in daily transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable : Process invoices, recurring payments, month-end reporting, GR / IR reconciliation.
  • Accounts Receivable : Handle collections, debit / credit notes, aging reports, and bank reconciliations.
  • Cash Management : Process transactions, prepare cash position reports, and reconcile bank statements.
  • General Accounting / GL : Maintain general ledger, cost center data, and support month-end close.

    • Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh grads welcome (training provided).
  • Must be based in Bangsar South, KL.

    • Skills Needed

  • Strong analytical and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt with fast-paced environment

    • Preferred

  • Experience with SAP
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
