Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in NOC or IT operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Familiar with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios, or PRTG.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and manage incidents calmly.
Responsibilities
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (NOC TEAM LEADER) : Supervise the Network Operations Center (NOC) team.Ensure effective monitoring, rapid incident response, and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).Manage and develop the NOC team, serving as an escalation point for critical issues.Provide coaching and training to improve team skills and ensure smooth operations of the 24 / 7 NOC environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Lead, mentor, and manage NOC engineers.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Conduct performance reviews and support professional growth.Incident & Problem Management : Act as the escalation point for urgent issues.Oversee incident response, coordinate resources, and ensure timely resolution.Document and implement corrective actions.Monitoring & SLA Adherence : Oversee infrastructure monitoring and incident tracking.Ensure adherence to SLAs by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).Report performance results to management.Technical Expertise : Utilize knowledge of monitoring tools (SolarWinds, network infrastructure, troubleshooting).Provide technical guidance to the team.Hiring Location : USJ 1Expected Joining Month : Mid of October / NovemberLocation & Joining
