In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining property and facilities in the Kulai District of Johor. What you'll be doing

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties and facilities
• Coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance work
• Monitoring and managing budgets for property and facilities management
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Responding to tenant inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely manner
• Assisting with the implementation of improvement projects and initiatives
• Collaborating with the team to identify and implement cost-saving measures
