Role : Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales Support
Location : Malaysia
We are partnering with a leading IT services and solutions provider headquartered in Singapore with operations across multiple countries, including Malaysia. Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Handle PO, SOW, and coordination between internal departments (finance, delivery) to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update the ATS system with information.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and data analysis to support management decision-making.
- Assist in following up with clients on pending documents, PO, SOW.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information in collaboration with the sales team.
- Support RFPs, and contract documentation as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and approval processes.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.6-8 years of experience in sales supportStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ATS and CRM systems is an advantage.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.#LI-RK1
